235 High Street, Fremantle 6160.

Ph: 9335 6333

GP4YP is a youth friendly, free, confidential medical practice for young people. The practice focuses on health issues that are specific to young people, including mental health, alcohol and other drugs, abuse, sexual health and relationship issues. The aims of the service are to provide non-judgemental, easily accessible consultations. Clients are offered long appointment times so that the GPs can get to know them and fully understand their issues.

Co-located with Fremantle headspace, the GPs working at the Practice have a special interest in youth and mental health. GP4YP is located conveniently in High Street with easy access to public transport and is casually decorated to ensure that the young people attending feel comfortable; there are big couches in the waiting room, as well as a variety of youth specific health brochures and information.

The practice operates for 2 days per week (Wednesday & Thursday) all year round.
