Fremantle GP Network can assist Practices with the following Information Management components:

Clinical Software

There are various types of clinical software used in general practice. Some of the more common software used at Fremantle GP Network practices include among others; Medical Director, MedTech 32 and Plexus.

Clinical Software allows GPs to record all of the following with minimal typing:

Past medical history
Immunisations
Develop and use templates for all referrals
Electronic pathology and radiology results
Electronic prescribing (with or without interaction warnings)
Written consultation notes, and
Registers & Recalls

Fremantle GP Network Support
Practices have access to information management support from Fremantle GP Network staff. Practice visits are offered for assistance with the following:

- Patient records
- Electronic prescribing
- Using software tools e.g. blood pressure monitor, Data Extraction Tool
- Mail merge
- Registers and recalls systems
- Selected billing and script writing packages
- Creating templates for letter writing and referrals
