FGPN is the face behind many excellent health services and programs which benefit the local community, these include; FREO StreetDoctor, Fremantle headspace, Fremantle After Hours GP Practice, GP4YP (General Practice for Young People), Chronic Disease Self-Management Courses, and FGPN Counselling Service. FGPN also provides databases which assists in finding a general practice or allied health service (physiotherapists, podiatrists, etc.) in your local area.
