Graeme Martin Award

Dr Graeme Martin
The Graeme Martin award was established in 2002 in memory of Dr Graeme Martin who was instrumental in setting up Fremantle Regional Division of General Practice now Fremantle GP Network.
The Graeme Martin award, presented at the Annual General Meeting of Fremantle GP Network, goes to a GP nominated by his/her peers. The award recognises Graeme's particular strengths in vision, leadership and innovation.
In further recognition of Graeme Martin, Fremantle GP Network has named the Board room 'Graeme Martin Board Room' and a perpetual trophy is displayed.

Nominations for this Award must come from a Member or Associate Member of Fremantle GP Network.
Who
The Nominee must be, or have been, a practicing GP within Fremantle GP Network boundaries.
Why
